Entry 

1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Only entries that comply will be valid.
2. The Promoter is Solbevi Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 663 831 329) of Level 7, 552 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

Competition period

1. The Competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 December  2026. (Promo Period).

Eligibility to enter

1. Subject to clause 6, Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.  (Eligible Entrants).
2. ​​Entry is exclusive to customers who purchase SOLBEVI products through Paramount Liquor in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and ACT.
3. Directors, officers, management, employees, contractors and their immediate families of the Promoter, Paramount Liquor, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

1. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period, purchase any SOLBEVI Limoncello SKU through Paramount Liquor.  
2. Entry mechanic: 

• Buy any Solbevi Limoncello SKU = one (1) entry into the draw.
• Buy One (1) Full Case = two (2) entries into the draw.

1. Entries will be automatically recorded via Paramount Liquor sales data. The Promoter will obtain purchase data directly from Paramount Liquor for the purpose of administering the Competition.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries against Paramount Liquor sales records.
3. There is no limit to the number of entries. Each qualifying case purchase counts as a separate entry.

Prize

1. There is one (1) prize available.
2. The prize consists of a visa debit card valued at AUD $2,500.
3. The total prize pool value is AUD $2,500.
4. Visa cards are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to the issuing provider’s terms and conditions.
5. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the Winner or their companion arising from, or in connection with, the Prize.

Draw date and time

1. All valid entries will be included in the draw.
2. The draw will be conducted using a random electronic draw system.
3. The draw will take place at Level 7, 552 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00pm on Tuesday, 5 January  2027. (Prize Draw Date).
4. One (1) winner will be drawn. (Winner).

Winner Notification

1. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.
2. Winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media within 7 days.

Prize delivery 

1. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of the draw.
2. The Promoter will contact winner with instructions on how the visa cards will be issued.

Unclaimed Prize

1. If a prize remains unclaimed within 3 months, a redraw will take place on 5 April 2027 at the same location and time.
2. The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as above.

General Conditions

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, including purchase data supplied by Paramount Liquor.
2. Entries that are incomplete, illegitimate, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
4. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

1. Personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with SOLBEVI’s Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
