As second-generation Italians, we were raised on tradition, connection, and our family’s cherished Limoncello recipe.
For years, it was the heart of every gathering — homemade, joyfully shared, and never forgotten.
One afternoon on Nonna’s sunlit balcony, surrounded by friends, sipping our homemade Limoncello and mixing up Limoncello Spritzers, we were having a lovely time — when it hit us: what if we could can this feeling?
What began as a backyard recipe passed down through generations is now Solbevi — the creators of the World’s first Limoncello Spritz in a can and a premium, award-winning Limoncello Liqueur.
