As second-generation Italians, we were raised on tradition, connection, and our family’s cherished Limoncello recipe.

For years, it was the heart of every gathering. Homemade, joyfully shared, and never forgotten.

One afternoon on Nonna’s sunlit balcony, surrounded by friends, sipping our homemade Limoncello and mixing up Limoncello Spritzers, we were having a lovely time, when it hit us: what if we could can this feeling? 

What began as a backyard recipe passed down through generations is now Solbevi. The creators of the World’s first Limoncello Spritz in a can and a premium, award-winning Limoncello Liqueur.
