Frozen Solbevi Limoncello Spritz Slushy

Ingredients

• 1.4L Solbevi Limoncello
• 700ml Prosecco
• 50ml yuzu
• 1.5L sugar syrup
• 2L water
• 1L soda water
• 200ml lemon juice

Easy option: Simply pour Solbevi Limoncello Spritz cans straight into a slushy machine.

Instructions

1. Combine the Solbevi Limoncello, Prosecco, yuzu, sugar syrup, water, soda water and lemon juice.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Pour the mixture into a slushy machine.
4. Allow the mixture to freeze to your desired consistency.
5. Serve immediately.
