Limoncello Amalfi Spritz
Ingredients
- Ice
- 30ml rosemary-infused gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 45ml Solbevi Limoncello
- 15ml blood orange juice
- Prosecco, to top
- Lemon slice, to garnish
- Fresh rosemary, to garnish
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the rosemary-infused gin, lemon juice, Solbevi Limoncello and blood orange juice.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of rosemary.
