Limoncello Basil Smash

Ingredients

• 45ml gin
• 30ml Solbevi Limoncello
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 5–8 fresh basil leaves
• Ice
• Fresh basil, to garnish

Instructions

1. Add the basil leaves and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release the basil's flavour.
2. Add the gin, Solbevi Limoncello and ice.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
