Limoncello Mont Blanc

Ingredients

• 4oz cold brew or 1 shot chilled espresso
• 30ml Solbevi Limoncello
• 1–2 tsp vanilla syrup
• 45ml thickened cream
• 15ml Solbevi Limoncello, for the cold foam
• 15ml vanilla syrup, for the cold foam
• Ice
• Fresh lemon zest, to garnish
• Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon, to garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a tall or short glass with ice.
2. Add the Solbevi Limoncello, vanilla syrup and cold brew or chilled espresso. Stir well to combine.
3. In a small bowl or cup, combine the cream, Solbevi Limoncello and vanilla syrup. Whip or froth gently until thick and airy, but still pourable.
4. Slowly pour or spoon the limoncello cold foam over the top of the coffee.
5. Garnish with fresh lemon zest and a light pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon.
6. Serve immediately.
