Limoncello Gimlet with Lemon Thyme

Ingredients

• 60ml gin
• 20ml limoncello
• 10ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 lemon thyme sprigs

Glassware: cocktail glass | Garnish: lemon thyme sprig

Instructions

In a shaker, add gin, limoncello and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon thyme sprig.
