Limoncello Brandy Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz brandy
• ¾ oz Limoncello
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup (1:1)
• 1 egg white (optional)
• Angostura bitters (for garnish)
• Ice cubes

Instructions

In a shaker, combine brandy, Limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using). Dry shake, then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and finish with a few dashes of bitters.
