Limoncello Hot Toddy

Ingredients

• 60ml Solbevi Limoncello
• 30ml whisky
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 cup hot water
• Lemon, to garnish
• Fresh ginger, optional

Instructions

1. Add the Solbevi Limoncello, whisky and honey to a mug or heatproof glass.
2. Top with hot water and stir until the honey dissolves.
3. Add a little fresh ginger if you'd like an extra kick.
4. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve warm.
