Limoncello Fizz
Ingredients
- Ice
- 45ml Solbevi Limoncello
- 15ml grapefruit juice
- 15ml lemon juice
- 60ml soda water
- Grapefruit, to garnish
- Lemon thyme, to garnish
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the Solbevi Limoncello, grapefruit juice and lemon juice.
- Top with soda water.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with grapefruit and fresh lemon thyme.
