Solbevi Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients

• 60ml Solbevi Limoncello
• 60ml Prosecco
• 60ml soda water
• Ice
• Lemon slice, to garnish

Want more of a limoncello kick? Use 90ml Solbevi Limoncello and reduce the soda water to 30ml.

Instructions

1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add the Solbevi Limoncello.
3. Pour in the Prosecco and soda water.
4. Gently stir to combine.
5. Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy.
