Limoncello Affogato

Ingredients

• 2 scoops vanilla gelato or vanilla ice cream
• 30ml Solbevi Limoncello
• Fresh lemon zest, to garnish
• Crushed pistachios or biscotti, optional

Instructions

1. Add two scoops of vanilla gelato to a small glass or dessert bowl.
2. Pour Solbevi Limoncello over the gelato.
3. Garnish with fresh lemon zest.
4. Serve immediately with biscotti or crushed pistachios, if desired.
