Solbevi Limoncello Winter Cocktail Special

Ingredients

• 30ml pear-flavoured vodka
• 30ml Solbevi Limoncello
• 30ml blood orange juice
• Ice

For the rim

• Blood orange juice
• Sugar
• Chilli powder

Instructions

1. Pour a little blood orange juice onto a plate.
2. On another plate, combine equal parts sugar and chilli powder.
3. Dip the rim of your glass into the blood orange juice, then gently roll it in the sugar and chilli mixture. Set aside.
4. Add the pear vodka, Solbevi Limoncello and blood orange juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
5. Shake well until chilled.
6. Strain into your prepared glass.
7. Serve immediately.
